The house is completely walled off from the rest of the property with separate entrance and exit to the beautiful botanical garden, where you can relax in the shade of a large palm tree. In one of the bedrooms there is a shower and washbasin separated by a glass wall from the rest of the room, but no toilet, located in the corridor on the same floor. Behind the mansion passes a busy road. Visit the nearby Split, a town rich in historical heritage, and the town of Omiš, the Cetina canyon, the Krka National Park and the surrounding islands.
