We have worked with several agencies in previous years, and what I like most about VillasGuide is that they are always available and flexible. The guests are satisfied and accurately informed about all the contents. It's great for me that they have a simple option to manage availability via smartphone, and I can also connect calendars from other portals (e.g. B.com, Airbnb). We had no bookings cancellations so far.

When will my villa be available online?
After successfully filling in our questionnaire about your villa, we will ask you to send us high-resolution photos, the categorisation documents as well as prices (if available) for your villa. We will then get back to you for a potential contract signing and additional details.
How can I protect myself against potential damage in my villa?
When booking, guests have the option to choose whether they want to leave a refundable deposit on arrival or choose a property damage protection option, which covers damages of up to 1.250 €. In that case no deposit is required.
What is your commission?
We offer 2 models of agency commission: Model #1: if you own 1 property, the commission ranges from 15-18%. Model #2: if you own 2 or more properties, the commission ranges from 12-14%. All the aspects related to commission will be discussed in detail before you sign your contract.
Am I allowed to work with other agencies?
Yes, you are. We can sign a non-exclusive contract as well as an exclusive contract — the decision is up to you. By signing a non-exclusive contract you are free to work with other agencies. Keep in mind that working only with us pays off since our commission is not fixed. It depends on the total value of turnover we have made together. The less other agencies you work with, the higher your chances to get more reservations via our platform, which will result in a lower commission percentage.
