Villa President is a luxurious and modern estate located in a peaceful suburb of Imotski, surrounded by nature and offering beautiful views of the surrounding fields and mountains. The estate consists of two villas with a total of three accommodation units and can accommodate up to 17 guests. With a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness facilities, entertainment areas and sports courts, it is an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends looking for comfort, relaxation and privacy.
The upper villa extends over three levels and includes two accommodation units connected by an internal staircase. The second floor features the first unit, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor houses the second unit, which includes a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet.
The ground floor of the upper villa is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a Finnish sauna, bar and games room with table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a fitness area with various exercise equipment, as well as an additional bathroom.
The lower villa is arranged over two levels. The upper floor features a kitchen connected to the living room, which opens onto a covered terrace and the pool area. A bathroom is also located on this floor. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where you will find 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring additional comfort and privacy.
All rooms in both villas are equipped with heating and cooling systems, providing a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Between the two villas lies a spacious outdoor area featuring a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a sunbathing area with 17 sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor summer kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and spending time together. The estate is fenced, with the exception of the parking area, offering a peaceful and private setting.
Younger guests can have fun at the children's playground with various play equipment, located within the fenced area of the estate. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the multi-purpose sports court for tennis, basketball, mini football and volleyball, offering plenty of opportunities for an active holiday.
A restaurant is located just 300 metres from the villa and offers meal delivery by prior arrangement. During your stay, be sure to explore Imotski and its famous natural attractions – the Red and Blue Lakes, as well as the local wineries, where you can sample excellent regional wines. For those who love the sea, the pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera are approximately a 30-minute drive away.
