We are aware that unforeseen situations can happen and sometimes you have no choice but to cancel the reservation. Usually, reservations can be cancelled only in written form. The cancellation fee will depend on how much days you have left until your stay. You can find all the payment related information under 'Booking policy'. In most cases, a certain part of the amount (usually 30%) is due immediately after the booking, and the rest of the amount is scheduled for payment before arrival.

Q: Will there be anyone who will welcome us at the villa?

Once you make a booking, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation with all the information related to payment and further steps. In most cases, someone will welcome you upon arrival, and we will definitely send you the details via email before your arrival. In addition, a few days before your arrival we will also contact you once again to confirm all the details related to your arrival.

Q: Is Villa White Lady fully equipped (bed linen, towels, dishes)?

Villa White Lady is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Upon arrival you can expect to find bed linen and fresh towels that will suffic for the entire stay and if you have booked a longer stay you will be provided with fresh linen and towels in due time. The kitchen features basic kitchen utensils and dishes so you can cook a tasty meal yourself. You don't have to bring anything with you. If you are interested in the availability of a certain utensil, reach out to us and we will ask the owner if it is available or can be provided.
