Solar panels supply electricity (12V); there is a special plug (220V) for charging phones and laptops.

Cars can be parked at the end of the access road, where a private parking spot is reserved for guests. The house is then reached by a narrow footpath approx. 30m.
The municipality of Vela Luka, with about 4500 inhabitants, is located on the western part of Korčula Island. Along Vela Luka bay (“Big Port”), it also includes smaller surrounding villages and bays. Vela Luka bay is more than 9 km long, making it one of the best anchorages on the Adriatic. Besides numerous beautiful bays, Vela Luka boasts several nearby islands, the most famous are Ošjak and Proizd. Beaches on Proizd have been listed multiple times among the most beautiful in the world. Above Vela Luka is Hum Hill, at 376 m above sea level, the highest peak in the area.
