We are happy to hear that you were able to find a villa you like in our selection of villas. If you want to book it, the first thing you need to do is choose the dates when you want to stay as well as the total number of guests that will be staying in the villa. If the villa is available on the selected dates, you can book it by clicking the 'Book' button. The reservation is very simple and intuitive and will take you only a few minutes. Just follow the steps as the system guides you, enter the requested information (don't worry, we keep your data safe and need it only to guarantee your reservation), choose if you want to include some of the insurance options such as Allianz Property Damage Insurance and complete your reservation. Shortly after you have successfuly completed your booking, we will send you a confirmation with all the necessary details and further steps.
We have changed our plans. Can we cancel our reservation for free?
We are aware that unforeseen situations can happen and sometimes you have no choice but to cancel the reservation. Usually, reservations can be cancelled only in written form. The cancellation fee will depend on how much days you have left until your stay. For detailed information related to cancellation, it is best to check the information under 'Reservation terms' during the booking itself. In case you need additional information or you are not sure what you need to do, feel free to reach out to us for help.

When will I pay for my stay?
You can find all the payment related information under 'Booking policy'. In most cases, a certain part of the amount (usually 30%) is due immediately after the booking, and the rest of the amount is scheduled for payment before arrival.
Will there be anyone who will welcome us at the villa?
Once you make a booking, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation with all the information related to payment and further steps. In most cases, someone will welcome you upon arrival, and we will definitely send you the details via email before your arrival. In addition, a few days before your arrival we will also contact you once again to confirm all the details related to your arrival.
Is Villa Eva - Kaštel fully equipped (bed linen, towels, dishes)?
Villa Eva - Kaštel is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Upon arrival you can expect to find bed linen and fresh towels that will suffic for the entire stay and if you have booked a longer stay you will be provided with fresh linen and towels in due time. The kitchen features basic kitchen utensils and dishes so you can cook a tasty meal yourself. You don't have to bring anything with you. If you are interested in the availability of a certain utensil, reach out to us and we will ask the owner if it is available or can be provided.
It is mentioned that check-in starts from 4 PM. We'll be arriving much earlier. Can we enter the villa earlier than that?
The check-in time in your villa is available after 4 PM. Keep in mind that previous guests in the villa can stay until 10 AM, and after their departure your villa must be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee you that an earlier entry into the villa will be possible, but we advise you to contact the owner before arriving as in some cases exceptions can be made.
It is mentioned that check-out is possible until 10 AM. Can we stay in the villa a little longer?
The check-out time from your villa is listed until 10 AM. Keep in mind that the next guests will be arriving after 4 PM, and after your departure, the villa needs to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of new guests. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a late check-out, but we advise you to ask the owner during your stay.
We are stuck in a traffic jam and will probably arrive much later than planned. Who can we inform?
Before your arrival, we will send you an email with all the information related to your stay, including a contact person you can reach out to in case of delay. You can arrange the pickup of the keys and how you can enter the property.
