It is a spacious, authentic Istrian stone house, originally built in 1855 and lovingly restored in accordance with tradition. The property consists of five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, who can enjoy a pool, sauna, long walks and jogging across the 2-hectare estate, a fitness centre, numerous cycling routes… or explore gourmet delicacies in nearby agritourisms, tasting premium wines and truffles.
The rooms are spread across three floors. The ground floor features a bedroom, a bathroom and a lounge with a billiard table. The first floor offers a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room filled with vintage details enhancing the villa’s charm. The top floor has three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first and second floors offer terraces with stunning views of the Istrian landscape. You will also enjoy a private pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen. The stancija is fully child-friendly, and pets are welcome.

With your reservation, the stancija provides bicycles for exploring the historic Parenzana trail, as well as bocce and volleyball courts, an outdoor pool, children’s playground, trampoline, billiard table and table football. And if the outdoor pool is not enough, the nearest beach in Umag is only a few minutes away.
