This 2-bedroom rustic stone villa can accommodate up to 6 people, and the greenery that surrounds it will create the ideal atmosphere for the most relaxing vacation. If you are traveling with a pet, we have good news - the villa is pet friendly.

The interior of the villa covers 120 m² and consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining table for 6 people. In a separate room there is a rustic kitchen with a fireplace where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. All rooms are air conditioned.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the upper floor. The room on the 1st floor has a double bed, while the room on the 2nd floor has 2 beds for 1 person (bunk bed). The layout of the rooms is ideal for families with children. The bathroom on the 1st floor is equipped with a shower cabin.

In front of the villa you will find a green garden of 500 m² with a swimming pool and sunbathing area. If the sun gets too strong, you can move to the covered terrace with barbecue area and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. If the heat becomes unbearable, we have a solution: in the cellar of the villa you will find a separate tavern with kitchen, dining table and TV. The stone keeps the room cool, and the warm atmosphere of the Istrian tavern will enhance your overall experience.

When (if) you have had enough of enjoying the panoramic view of the countryside, head to the surroundings of the villa, where you will be greeted by numerous hiking and cycling trails, viewpoints, restaurants and taverns. All this will make your stay in Istria unforgettable, and Villa Marija will be waiting for you when you return from your adventures.
