The interior of Villa Filton is 400 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large, bright, open space consisting of a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining room with 8 seats and a fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare delicious meals. The space is dominated by natural materials in combination with white walls and darker shades of furniture. The balcony door of the living room leads to the outdoor terrace with a relaxation area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. All rooms are air conditioned and for colder days there is underfloor heating throughout the house.
The villa has 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. 2 rooms are on the ground floor and 3 are on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have double beds and the ground floor rooms have access to their own private terrace. All bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, bathrobes, hairdryers and toiletries. If you accidentally stain your clothes, don't worry - there is also a washing machine at your disposal. On the 1st floor of the villa, there is another room that has a multifunctional role - it can serve as a home office, a children's playroom, and a game room. Whether you brought a business laptop, are on a family vacation or a vacation with friends, this villa has something for everyone.
On the ground floor of the house there is also an indoor wellness area with an infrared sauna and a bathroom, as well as deck chairs for relaxing.
