Villa Lorena is situated on a hill above Crikvenica, in a quiet location with a panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. This luxurious villa is the ideal choice for a relaxing dream vacation. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is designed for 8 people.

The villa is 230 m² and features an elegantly designed interior. With a well thought out arrangement of furniture and equipment, it exudes modern style and comfort. On the ground floor you will find an open concept space consisting of a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Cooking and even staying in this space will be a real pleasure, especially with the views of the sea and surrounding nature that can be seen from every corner. All rooms are air conditioned.

Each of the 4 bedrooms offers enough privacy and you will also have a safe at your disposal to safely store your valuables. All rooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. 3 rooms have exit to the balcony. One of the balconies has a lounge area and the inevitable sea view. The bathrooms are equipped with shower stalls, hairdryers and toiletries.

Despite the attractive interior, we are somehow convinced that the central gathering place will definitely be the outdoor terrace. Partly covered, with panoramic sea views, it is ideal for barbecuing, dining and relaxing. A special treat is the infinity pool, which is heated from spring to fall and cooled in summer for extra comfort. Sun loungers, lounge furniture and an outdoor jacuzzi are available around the pool so that everyone can find their favorite place to relax. For wellness lovers, there is also a Finnish sauna.

The location of the villa is extremely attractive. Wherever you are going or wherever you are coming from - you will arrive quickly. Crikvenica is a famous tourist resort with beautifully landscaped sandy and pebble beaches and a rich offer of sports and entertainment facilities. Enjoy authentic Croatian cuisine, taste local wines and explore its many restaurants and bars. The Crikvenica Riviera awaits you!

A dream house for a dream stay with an exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive host family. Tanja is the main contact person, who personally welcomes all her guests. Villa Lorena is also ideal for a multi-generational stay. We arrived as a three-generation family and spent carefree and happy days here. We felt very comfortable at every stage, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Communication worked perfectly from the very beginning, also because Tanja speaks excellent German. The four lovingly furnished bedrooms (1 on the living room level, 3 on the upper floor), each with its own bathroom, ensure a relaxed start to each day. The large living room, measuring over 60 square meters and boasting an incredibly magnificent view of the sea and the island of Krk, has a well-equipped integrated kitchen. Everything, and absolutely EVERYTHING, in this very modern house is lovingly furnished with many pretty details, thoughtfully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Two additional highlights are the 32 sq m pool with sea views and the heated whirlpool on the large rear terrace, which welcomes you with the morning sun. A washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. are available in the separate utility room. A private sauna area is also available. Anyone looking for a carefree vacation in a high-quality setting with every comfort will find the perfect place in this beautiful house. We highly recommend Villa Lorena.

Super beautiful house and very friendly hosts. We stayed in the house for 10 days. 6 adults and our 8-month-old daughter. The house is beautifully furnished. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living/dining area offers enough space for everyone to sit together. The kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked often. The sauna, swimming pool, and whirlpool - everything was perfect and just like in the pictures. We didn't miss anything. The sunsets and the panoramic view of the sea were fantastic. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring, and we went on lots of hikes in the adjacent nature reserve. Thank you so much, Tanja, for everything! We will definitely come back!

Huge praise for the great hospitality. Tanja and her husband gave us a fantastic stay. A really nice and helpful couple. The welcome at the villa was 5-star. Everything was super clean and well-equipped. A huge plate of fresh fruit and a fantastic kitchen with all standard utensils. The bedrooms were also of a very high 5-star standard. The villa itself is new and extremely well-equipped. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. You enter the villa through a gate. Towards the sea there is a super modern pool (similar to an infinity pool) and very chic loungers and umbrellas. There is also a super large table on the terrace where you can enjoy the fantastic view. Behind the house is a jacuzzi, a grill and more loungers for sunbathing. This is particularly good for enjoying the sun all day long. The whole house is protected by a great smart home system. Super secure and comfortable. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Both are super well-equipped and clean. The refrigerator is a lifesaver with its ice cube dispenser. The house also has air conditioning in every corner, which made the stay fantastic. There is one bedroom downstairs and another three upstairs. The rooms have super large and comfortable beds and each room has its own bathroom (fantastic). There is also a laundry room upstairs with a washing machine and dryer. Another highlight was the view from the upstairs room, which has a super large balcony. Not to forget, there was also a super clean, new sauna downstairs! The accommodation is in a great location in Crikvenica. The view of the sea from the villa is incredible. Even when I left, I couldn't get enough of the view. I will really miss having such a lovely breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much for the amazing stay. It was a lot of fun.

We stayed at Villa Lorena during the second week of the Pentecost holidays. Two families with three children. It was fantastic. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very high-quality and newly furnished, from the beds to the kitchen and the pool/whirlpool with eight comfortable loungers, everything was top-notch. Towels/beach towels/bed linens were available in sufficient quantities for exchange. Otherwise, the decor was very tasteful with little touches (a bottle of wine in the fridge, a fruit basket, and sweets). From the pool, you had a beautiful view of the sea. The hostess, Tanja, was very welcoming, available to answer any questions, and always reachable. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly and punctually. Highly recommended.

If you want to book it, the first thing you need to do is choose the dates when you want to stay as well as the total number of guests that will be staying in the villa. Luxury Villa Sun View - Lorena is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Upon arrival you can expect to find bed linen and fresh towels that will suffic for the entire stay and if you have booked a longer stay you will be provided with fresh linen and towels in due time. The kitchen features basic kitchen utensils and dishes so you can cook a tasty meal yourself. You don't have to bring anything with you. If you are interested in the availability of a certain utensil, reach out to us and we will ask the owner if it is available or can be provided.

It is mentioned that check-in starts from 4 PM. We'll be arriving much earlier. Can we enter the villa earlier than that?

The check-in time in your villa is available after 4 PM. Keep in mind that previous guests in the villa can stay until 10 AM, and after their departure your villa must be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee you that an earlier entry into the villa will be possible, but we advise you to contact the owner before arriving as in some cases exceptions can be made.

It is mentioned that check-out is possible until 10 AM. Can we stay in the villa a little longer?

The check-out time from your villa is listed until 10 AM. Keep in mind that the next guests will be arriving after 4 PM, and after your departure, the villa needs to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of new guests. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a late check-out, but we advise you to ask the owner during your stay.

We are stuck in a traffic jam and will probably arrive much later than planned. Who can we inform?
