Every wall facing the sea is glass, with wide doors leading to terraces. The terrace railings are also glass, flooding the villa with light and sunshine. From every floor you gaze out upon the sea, the island of Krk, the Krk Bridge, Opatija, Rijeka, and the bays of Jadranovo.
Mornings here are magical… and the best is yet to come: start your day with the newspaper and a coffee on the terrace, descend a few steps to the beach, swim, stroll or enjoy a morning jog as nature awakens…
The villa’s facade, covering 400 m², is clad in travertine – a stone beloved by the ancient Romans. Known for its soft pastel hues and finely porous surface, travertine retains warmth, offers excellent sound insulation, durability and longevity, and beautifully complements the coastal surroundings in Jadranovo. Travertine is used not only on the facade, but on terraces, landscaped greenery around the house, and on 78 steps connecting the floors. The property includes a rooftop terrace for full relaxation.
Inside: two floors are connected by an elevator. The lower floor is dedicated to relaxation – sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, terrace with minibar and outdoor access. Above is the “heart of the house” – a spacious kitchen with dining area, large living room, bedroom, bathroom and guest toilet. The third floor also features a kitchen, bar, billiards lounge, several bedrooms and bathrooms; from the fourth floor you’ll enjoy the finest panoramic views through glass railings.
Terraces on every level provide maximum comfort. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped. The first beach is just a few steps from the house, and there’s a private path along the sea.

We are happy to hear that you were able to find a villa you like in our selection of villas. If you want to book it, the first thing you need to do is choose the dates when you want to stay as well as the total number of guests that will be staying in the villa. If the villa is available on the selected dates, you can book it by clicking the 'Book' button. The reservation is very simple and intuitive and will take you only a few minutes. Keep in mind that the next guests will be arriving after 4 PM, and after your departure, the villa needs to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of new guests. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a late check-out, but we advise you to ask the owner during your stay.
We are stuck in a traffic jam and will probably arrive much later than planned. Who can we inform?
