Located in a peaceful area of Lopar on the island of Rab, this modern and elegant villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. Set on a fully fenced property, it ensures a high level of privacy and security, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of up to 8 guests.
The villa offers 220 m² of living space designed for maximum comfort. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as one bedroom with a private bathroom.
Upstairs, there are three stylish bedrooms, all equipped with king-size beds (200x200 cm), air conditioning, and TVs.
The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and a balcony with a jacuzzi, perfect for complete relaxation in privacy. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms + an additional guest toilet.
The outdoor area is designed for pure enjoyment. Guests can enjoy a private heated pool (30 m²), outdoor sauna, 400 m² garden, 8 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill – ideal for evening gatherings. There is also a children’s playground, and the fenced garden ensures full privacy.
Guests have access to up to 5 private parking spaces, as well as additional amenities such as an EV charger (extra charge) and boat mooring (€35/day).
The villa is open all year round, and each season offers its own charm. Please note that in the pre- and post-season, pool temperature depends on weather conditions.
