This charming house invites you to a relaxing and tranquil vacation. Located on the island of Krk, in the small town of Dobrinj, it is nestled in the historic core and pedestrian zone. Its story dates back to 1917, blending modern and authentic elements while preserving many traditional and rustic details. The interiors are airy, featuring glass walls oriented towards nature, the forest, and the sea.
Unwind on spacious terraces with nearly 150 m² of living space. Relax on loungers with your favorite book, and in the evening, enjoy the distant lights. Cool off on summer days in the pool, which is chilled during the warmer months. During the pre- and post-season, the pool is heated, making the house exceptionally comfortable year-round.
Enjoy preparing your favorite meals on either the indoor or outdoor barbecue. A special ambiance during the pre- and post-season is enhanced by fireplaces that add warmth and coziness.
At the base of the house, there is a rustic tavern with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The upper terrace offers beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area. You’ll also find a wine cellar with authentic wines available for an additional charge.
The house is ideal for team-building events, business meetings, family vacations, or gatherings of friends. Upon request and for an extra fee, you can arrange for a private chef.
Dobrinj is a special place, especially in summer when its central square hosts various performances, concerts, and social gatherings with locals and guests. A restaurant and shop are in the center, while the nearest beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. Parking is approximately 100 m away on a private lot. During the pre- and post-season, parking in the center is allowed free of charge, though not guaranteed. An electric scooter is available for your use at your own responsibility. An electric vehicle charging station is approximately 100 m away.
