Located in Lovran, directly above the sea, this villa lies in the heart of the Kvarner Bay, known for its mild and healthy climate, ideal for a perfect and relaxing holiday. Its exceptional position on a cliff right above the sea makes this villa truly special and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the summer atmosphere, the sea, and nature. The villa consists of two separate units and represents a hidden and completely private retreat, sheltered from the views of neighboring houses. Guests have access to a private entrance to the sea, a private beach, a spacious main terrace, and a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The villa extends over three levels. On the first level there is private parking, while the second level is the main living floor, featuring a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area. A large terrace above sea level is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, including a special section for herbs and vegetables. Here you will also find a spacious summer kitchen, a dining area under a pergola, a barbecue, and a separate outdoor toilet, creating the perfect space for socializing and enjoying outdoor living. From the terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. During the day you can relax in the shade of the pergola, while in the evening the terrace above the cliff offers a pleasant retreat with a refreshing breeze from Mount Učka. On warm summer nights, guests can also enjoy a second terrace above the private beach, ideal for relaxing or even night swimming.
The third level, known as the “sea level”, is located directly above the sea and consists of two apartments. The first apartment features a double bed, a living room with a TV, and a large bathroom with storage space, wardrobes, a washing machine, and a dryer, while the second apartment offers a double bed and a private bathroom. Between the apartments there is a long corridor leading directly to the private beach. The villa also features a completely private beach, accessible only from the house or from the sea, as well as an outdoor shower.
The villa is located just 6 km from the famous town of Opatija, one of the oldest and most renowned health resorts on the Adriatic. Rijeka is about 20 km away, while Trieste is approximately 70 km away. In front of Lovran lie the beautiful islands of Krk and Cres. This part of the Kvarner region is known for its unique microclimate, with refreshing shade and cooler air arriving in the late afternoon, making it particularly suitable for guests sensitive to summer heat. Thanks to these conditions, the Opatija Riviera and Lovran have been known as health destinations since the 19th century.
The center of Lovran can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, where you will find a charming old town, a church square, a market with local and organic products, a butcher shop, and a fish market with fresh seafood. Lovran and the surrounding area are home to several excellent restaurants, and only a 5-minute walk from the house there is a highly recommended restaurant serving traditional local cuisine. Nearby you will also find two marinas – ACI Marina Ičići (3 km) and Opatija Marina (4 km), making this villa the perfect choice for guests seeking a combination of luxury, privacy, nature, and outstanding gastronomy.

It was a dream vacation. The hostess is very friendly, accommodating, helpful and warm. The space is a dream. The decor, the garden, the access to the beach simply wonderful. There is NOTHING to complain about. The proximity to the village of Lovran and the well-known Lungomare also made the great accommodation an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back.
