The villa is located just 50 meters from the first beach below the house. The second, pebble beach is about 150 meters away, while the popular Sipar beach is approximately 2 kilometers from the villa. Mošćenička Draga, once a fishing village, is now known for its long pebble beach, small marina, and authentic coastal atmosphere. Nearby are also hidden coves and a nudist beach for guests seeking extra freedom.

For the ultimate experience, there is a heated pool, part of which features a hydromassage system acting as a jacuzzi.
