Villa Lusia, located on a hill in the village of Zagore, offers stunning sea views with a horizon filled with small islands and untouched nature. It lies halfway between the elegant town of Opatija and the charming Rabac, known for its hidden coves and beautiful beaches.
The villa is pleasantly designed, with bright and airy interiors and fully equipped to provide maximum comfort during your stay. The property is organized as three separate apartments, each featuring two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area.
You will especially enjoy the spacious terraces with beautiful sea views, with the most spectacular view from the top floor.
The maximum capacity of the villa is 12 guests, yet everyone can find their own private corner to relax, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The villa includes 6 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.
1 pet up to 10 kg is allowed.
For entertainment and relaxation, guests can enjoy table tennis, a sauna, and a jacuzzi located in one of the bathrooms. Relax with a book or a cocktail on the garden furniture, spend time outdoors, and prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. You can also refresh yourself in the private swimming pool.
With its comfortable interior and charming outdoor spaces, the villa creates a unique, welcoming, and unforgettable atmosphere where every guest feels special.
Important notice: until June 1st and from September 15th, construction works related to residential buildings are permitted in the Municipality of Mošćenička Draga, which is beyond the owner’s control.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the owner has prepared a seasonal vegetable garden, where you can pick fresh vegetables during your stay.
If you would like to experience a panoramic boat ride in the bay, the owner can organize it upon request (price on request).
A ferry port is located nearby, ideal for visiting the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The nearest shop, restaurant, and beach are located in Brseč, only 2.5 km away.
