Villa Hemingway extends over two floors and features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for a comfortable stay with family or friends.
The first floor features the main living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable space for spending time together and relaxing, while the kitchen includes everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a bread maker, mixer and three coffee machines. This floor also features a covered terrace with sea views.
On the ground floor, you will find the third bedroom and an additional living room designed as a relaxation and entertainment area, equipped with a TV, table football and a non-convertible sofa. This room has a separate entrance and serves as a passageway to the third bedroom.
One of the villa's greatest advantages is its direct and private access to the sea. Guests have access to a private pier and private beach with sun loungers, as well as steps providing easy access to the water. For those who enjoy an active holiday, a two-person kayak is also available, perfect for exploring the coastline and admiring the surrounding scenery from the sea. Use of the kayak is at your own risk.
