Palazzo Del Mar is a magnificent villa that can rightfully be described as a luxurious retreat – ideal for a summer holiday, yet equally comfortable and appealing throughout the year. It is located in Mošćenička Draga, a picturesque town in the Kvarner Bay, at the foot of Mount Učka.
The villa is located just 50 metres from the first beach below the house. Another pebble beach is approximately 150 metres away, while the popular Sipar Beach is about 2 kilometres from the villa. Once a fishing village, Mošćenička Draga is now known for its long pebble beach, small marina and authentic coastal atmosphere. Nearby, you will also find hidden coves and a naturist beach for guests looking for a little more freedom.

The villa is ideal for 10 guests. It features 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV. All five bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. There are also two fully equipped kitchens, as well as a living room with a fireplace and dining area.
On the attic floor, there is a room designed as a children's playroom. In addition, one of the bedrooms is arranged as a studio apartment with its own private entrance, separate bathroom, kitchen and access to the terrace. It is ideal for couples or teenagers who would like to enjoy greater privacy.
The large terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a dining area, offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. For the ultimate experience, there is a heated swimming pool, with a section featuring a hydromassage system that functions as a jacuzzi. Large glass walls can be opened completely, creating a unique feeling of connection with nature and the Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the house.
The villa has private parking for four cars and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. For socialising and gatherings, there is a spacious tavern with a kitchen and a large dining table.
The beach below the house is equipped with sun loungers that can be reserved for an additional charge, while a small bar serving refreshing drinks is located right next to it – the perfect place to enjoy complete relaxation by the sea. Excellent restaurants and bars can be found nearby, as well as hidden coves waiting to be discovered.
We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We were a group of 11 adults and had plenty of space and amenities. It was extremely well-equipped. There was nothing we lacked. From a panini press to ample dishes and kitchen utensils, everything was provided. The numerous options for dining outdoors were also fantastic. Furthermore, the location by the sea was unbeatable, offering a stunning view. We had plenty of room for everyone.
