For the 2026 season, you will be welcomed by a completely new interior with brand-new furniture throughout, including the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and new bathrooms. Enjoy breakfast on the covered terrace, relax in the living room or on the sun loungers by the pool, and in the evening take a walk by the sea and unwind in the whirlpool with a glass of wine.

The pool is heated and available from 01/11 to 30/12/2026. The water temperature cannot be guaranteed and depends on the outside air temperature and weather conditions.
The interior is arranged on the ground floor and has a warm, homely atmosphere. The living room features a large sofa and a Smart TV, the dining room has a table for 8 people, and the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary appliances, including a high chair. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack are also available.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, TV, wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms; two rooms have access to a balcony, and all are air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. Bathrooms include shower cabins, hairdryers and basic toiletries. A baby cot is available on request.
Outside you will find a heated pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a whirlpool under a covered pergola. A gas grill with an outdoor dining table and parking for 3 vehicles, including a garage and EV charging socket, are available. The fenced yard is ideal for pets.
Villa Lara is only 200 m from sandy, pebble and rocky beaches. There is also a shortcut to the beach, allowing you to walk there in your swimsuit with a towel. Nearby you will find shops, cafés and restaurants, while the charming town of Rab is 6 km away.
The island of Rab, located in the Kvarner Bay, is known for its forests, especially Kalifront, one of the last oak forests in the Mediterranean. The town of Rab is worth visiting for its narrow streets, old houses and historic churches.
