We have changed our plans. Can we cancel our reservation for free?

We are aware that unforeseen situations can happen and sometimes you have no choice but to cancel the reservation. Usually, reservations can be cancelled only in written form. The cancellation fee will depend on how much days you have left until your stay. For detailed information related to cancellation, it is best to check the information under 'Reservation terms' during the booking itself. Can pets stay in Villa Exclusive? Are there any extra charges?

Pets are part of your family and it is understandable that you want to take them with you on vacation. Pets are allowed in a large number of villas from our collection. You can find information on whether pets are allowed in this villa under 'General Information'. If pets are allowed, in most cases there will be an extra charge. You can find information about this under 'Extra charges'. Here you will find the exact that you need to pay per pet and per day.

How many people can stay in this villa?

The maximum amount of people that can stay in Villa Exclusive is 8.

Can I only book Villa Exclusive for stays from Saturday to Saturday?

For accurate information on when the villa is available for booking, select the dates when you want to stay in the villa to check availability and the exact price. The minimum stay in most villas is 7 days, but this may vary depending on the season and occupancy of the property. Feel free to send us an inquiry for more information and we will get back to you.

Will I be required to pay a deposit for staying in Villa Exclusive?

When booking you can choose between two options: you can choose to pay a refundable deposit (the amount is defined at booking) or you can opt for Allianz Property Damage Insurance. When will I pay for my stay?

You can find all the payment related information under 'Booking policy'. In most cases, a certain part of the amount (usually 30%) is due immediately after the booking, and the rest of the amount is scheduled for payment before arrival.

Will there be anyone who will welcome us at the villa?

Once you make a booking, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation with all the information related to payment and further steps. In most cases, someone will welcome you upon arrival, and we will definitely send you the details via email before your arrival. In addition, a few days before your arrival we will also contact you once again to confirm all the details related to your arrival.

Is Villa Exclusive fully equipped (bed linen, towels, dishes)?

Villa Exclusive is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Upon arrival you can expect to find bed linen and fresh towels that will suffic for the entire stay and if you have booked a longer stay you will be provided with fresh linen and towels in due time. The kitchen features basic kitchen utensils and dishes so you can cook a tasty meal yourself. You don't have to bring anything with you. If you are interested in the availability of a certain utensil, reach out to us and we will ask the owner if it is available or can be provided.

It is mentioned that check-in starts from 4 PM. We'll be arriving much earlier. Can we enter the villa earlier than that?

The check-in time in your villa is available after 4 PM. Keep in mind that previous guests in the villa can stay until 10 AM, and after their departure your villa must be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee you that an earlier entry into the villa will be possible, but we advise you to contact the owner before arriving as in some cases exceptions can be made.

It is mentioned that check-out is possible until 10 AM. Can we stay in the villa a little longer?

The check-out time from your villa is listed until 10 AM. Keep in mind that the next guests will be arriving after 4 PM, and after your departure, the villa needs to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of new guests. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a late check-out, but we advise you to ask the owner during your stay.

We are stuck in a traffic jam and will probably arrive much later than planned. Who can we inform?

Before your arrival, we will send you an email with all the information related to your stay, including a contact person you can reach out to in case of delay. You can arrange the pickup of the keys and how you can enter the property.

Does Villa Exclusive have a pool? What is the size of the pool?

Villa Exclusive features a 31 m2 outdoor pool. Additional information such as depth, whether it is heated or not and during what time of the year it can be used can be found on the page of the villa under 'House facilities' and 'Outdoor Pool'.

Does Villa Exclusive have a garden? Is the property completely fenced?

Villa Exclusive has a garden with a total surface of 1250 m2. The external facilities of the property include the following: Summer kitchen, Tavern, Dining table, Barbecue, Wood-burning grill, Firewood at disposal, barbecue accessories, Covered terrace, Dining table, Lounge area, toilet. The garden is not fully fenced.

Can I park my car at Villa Exclusive? How many parking spaces are available?

The villa features a parking for 4 cars in total.

I have an electric car - can I charge it at the property?

If you own an electric car and you need an access to a charging station during your stay, please let us know and we will check with the villa owner what options are available.

We travel with a little baby. Is it possible to get a cot at Villa Exclusive?

You can find all information related to cribs within the information for each bedroom. Most of the villas in our offer can provide you with crib, and if no information is listed, let us know and we will check with the owner and get back to you.
