The villa consists of two separate units and represents a unique, hidden place, sheltered from other houses, with private access to the sea.
It features a private beach, a large main terrace and a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The villa is spread over three levels:
on the first level there is the parking area, the second level is the main living level, and the third level is the so-called sea level.
From the first level you descend to the main level, which consists of a large living room with kitchen and dining area.
The large terrace above sea level is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden (with a special section for herbs and vegetables).
Here you will also find a spacious summer kitchen with a charming dining area under a pergola, a barbecue and a separate outdoor toilet.
From the terrace above the sea you can enjoy an incredible view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands.
During the day you can relax in the shade around the outdoor dining table and on the sofas under the pergola.
In the evening, you can sit on the beautiful terrace above the cliff and enjoy the refreshing breeze coming down from Mount Učka.
On warm summer evenings, there is also a second terrace above the private beach, where you can refresh yourself with night swimming.
The third level, directly above the sea, consists of two parts.
The first apartment features a double bed and a living room with a TV and a sofa.
The apartment has its own large bathroom with storage room, wardrobes, washing machine and dryer.
The second apartment consists of a double bed and a bathroom.
Between the two apartments there is a long corridor leading directly to the beach.
The villa offers a completely private beach, accessible only from the house or from the sea, as well as an outdoor shower.
The villa is located in the small town of Lovran, 6 km from the famous Austro-Hungarian resort of Opatija, in the Kvarner Bay.
The nearest cities are Rijeka (20 km) and Trieste, Italy (70 km).
In front of Lovran lie the beautiful islands of Krk and Cres.
This part of the Kvarner Bay is known for its special climatic conditions – in the late afternoon a gentle shade and cooler air arrive, making the area ideal for guests who suffer from summer heat.
For this reason, the Opatija Riviera and Lovran have been known as health resorts since the 19th century, especially for pulmonary and respiratory treatments.
The villa is only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Lovran, a small and attractive Venetian town with a lovely square in front of the church, a market offering domestic and organic products, a butcher’s shop and a fish market with fresh daily catch.
In Lovran and the surrounding villages you will find several high-quality restaurants.
Very close to the house (5 minutes on foot) there is an excellent restaurant serving traditional local food.
Near Lovran there are also two marinas: the ACI Marina in Ičići (3 km) and the marina in Opatija (4 km).
