Villa Isla Blue 2 is a private holiday home that beautifully combines traditional Adriatic charm with modern comfort. Stone details, warm colours and Mediterranean plants create an atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity.
Guests can enjoy a spacious sun terrace next to the heated pool, an outdoor dining area for eight guests, a barbecue, and relaxing evenings with local wine and sea views. The property also offers three private parking spaces.
Note: The pool will be heated in the pre-season from 30 April to 30 May and in the post-season from 1 September to 30 September.
The heat pump is set to maintain the water temperature at 26°C to 27°C, however the actual water temperature depends on whether guests cover the pool after use.
In case of very low outdoor temperatures or rainy weather, the water temperature may be slightly lower.
Outside these periods, the pool is not heated.
Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a bright and airy open-plan living area with a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all air-conditioned. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and complete kitchenware. On the ground floor there is also a modern bathroom with a shower, WC and an infrared sauna, ideal for wellness relaxation.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, private bathrooms, air conditioning and direct access to a terrace with views of the sea, the old town of Vrbnik and the pool. The third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds for up to four guests, making it perfect for children or groups of friends.
The villa is designed for comfort all year round and offers air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, underfloor heating, a heated pool and a sauna.
