Originally built in 1913, the house was completely renovated in 2013, successfully combining a modern interior design with traditional coastal charm. It is spread over two floors – the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, while the upper floor hosts the bedrooms and bathroom, providing plenty of space for a comfortable and carefree stay.

In front of the house there is a small but very inviting garden with sun loungers, perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing, or relaxing with a book and a refreshing drink. The peaceful surroundings ensure a relaxing stay away from everyday crowds, while all amenities are within easy reach.

The center of Novi Vinodolski, as well as restaurants, cafés, shops, and beautiful beaches, are all within walking distance. The crystal-clear sea, well-maintained pebble and rocky beaches, and numerous facilities for both children and adults make this destination ideal for a summer holiday. Novi Vinodolski is known for its rich history, Mediterranean atmosphere, and seaside promenades offering stunning views of the Kvarner Bay.
