This holiday home of elegant and modern design with its attractive location almost directly on by the sea is the perfect holiday destiantion.

The outside pool is located on a spacious terrace with luxurious seating and sun loungers. The penthouse apartment on the second floor is about 90 m² in size and is an open plan bedroom with a bathroom, living area, kitchen, walk-in closet and toilet. The whole apartment is surronded by large sliding glass doors and a spacious glass terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding islands. After a few steps you reach the concrete plateau with two moored kayaks.
