This holiday home decorated in a typical Istrian style is located in a small village Peroj, not far from the famous tourist town of Fažana.

Enjoy the sea views from the terrace on the first floor of the house and refresh yourself in the pool and jacuzzi on the ground floor. Just a few minutes walk from the nearby beach and the center of Pero, where traditional fish specialties are served in the restaurants. From Fažana you can take the boat to the National Park Brijuni or visit the ancient city of Pula.

The second installment of 75% of the total amount is due no later than 45 days before arrival
If the reservation is made within 55 days before arrival, the total amount is due at the moment of booking

If canceled up to 70 days before arrival, 10% of the total amount will be charged (however, no less than 75,- EUR).
If canceled between 69 and 40 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be charged (however, no less than 75,- EUR).
If canceled within 39 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged (however, no less than 75,- EUR).
