The villa's capacious interior features all rooms on the first floor. From the first floor, take in breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside while enjoying all the amenities the villa has to offer. The ground floor is not available for rent. The first level has 2 flats, each consisting of 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining space, and a living area. In addition to the apartments, there are also 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a veranda with a living room. All the rooms have underfloor heating to guarantee complete relaxation. The kitchens are well-equipped and add to the cozy ambience of the interior with the blend of modern appliances and rustic decor. Adjacent to the main kitchen, there is a spacious dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people. You can then move on to the spacious veranda, where there is a light and airy living room with a TV and comfortable seating. Take pleasure in the breathtaking view from all angles while lounging.
The bedrooms have a traditional touch whilst maintaining a light and airy atmosphere that guarantees complete relaxation. All rooms in the villa have underfloor heating, air conditioning and include a TV. Each of the bedrooms in the villa has a double bed, and 2 rooms have a double bed with an additional single bed. Furthermore, a bedroom outside the apartments has an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms feature contemporary amenities combined with traditional wooden accents, providing an authentic villa ambience. All four bathrooms are fitted with modern shower units and bidets and include hairdryers.
The lavish garden adds to the overall impression of rustic luxury with its stone exterior and top-of-the-range furnishings. The surrounding Mediterranean greenery and olive trees provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind. If you need something from the kitchen, you don't need to go all the way into the house - next to the pool there is a cottage with a fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue, which includes an outdoor dining area and a toilet. You can also dine with your loved ones on the raised terrace next to the villa, overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. The house is detached from the rest of the village, so you will be surrounded by nature and have complete privacy.

You can also take a trip to Višnjan, a picturesque town in the region, and on the way stop at a famous astronomical observatory that has been at the forefront of tracking and discovering asteroids for years.
