Villa was brilliant overall. My only remark is about beds - being too soft and uncomfortable. Claudia was super kind and helpful. The whole place is perfect for a very nice vacation in Istria. It's a shame prices are overall too high in Croatia. That will probably prevent us from coming again.

In addition, 1 bedroom on the first floor has access to a balcony with deckchairs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The traditional-modern style of the ground floor extends to the upper floor, characterized by natural stone and wood combined with modern furniture.

The total area of the property is 744 m². The villa has a beautiful covered terrace that can be closed off with curtains. Upon arrival you can expect to find bed linen and fresh towels that will suffic for the entire stay and if you have booked a longer stay you will be provided with fresh linen and towels in due time. The kitchen features basic kitchen utensils and dishes so you can cook a tasty meal yourself. You don't have to bring anything with you. The check-in time in your villa is available after 4 PM. Keep in mind that previous guests in the villa can stay until 10 AM, and after their departure your villa must be cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
