This autochthonous stone house for vacation is located in a quiet environment of the small village of Jakovica, in the interior of Istria.

The house consists of a ground floor with a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large courtyard is divided into two parts. The first fully fenced area is dominated by a refreshing pool, sunbathing area and barbecue. Below is a grassy area where badminton or volleyball can be played.

The second installment of 75% of the total amount is due no later than 45 days before arrival
If the reservation is made within 55 days before arrival, the total amount is due at the moment of booking

If canceled up to 70 days before arrival, 10% of the total amount will be charged (however, no less than 75,- EUR).
If canceled between 69 and 40 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be charged (however, no less than 75,- EUR).
If canceled within 39 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged (however, no less than 75,- EUR).
