Luxury Villa Perhat is located in the quiet town of Prhati in the heart of Istria, right next to the charming town of Višnjan. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people, which makes it ideal for large groups. Villa Perhat offers its guests not only the highest level of comfort and a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also a number of additional facilities. These include a heated swimming pool, basketball court, children's playground and table tennis. The villa is suitable for guests of all generations, as well as for pets, who have access to a large green garden.
The modern internal accommodation comprises 2 apartments – 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. The whole space is airy and almost always flooded with natural light. The interior is simple, with colourful decorative details. It will make you feel relaxed and comfortable, just as you should when holidaying in the heart of Istria. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area with direct access to the terrace and pool. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa for 8 people, a dining room for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and high-gloss elements. On the ground floor there are also 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All the bathrooms in the house have walk-in showers and there is a hairdryer in every bathroom on the floor.
The 1st floor apartment also has an open-plan unit with a modern living room and dining room for 8 people. Continuing the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen. The entire space is flooded with light thanks to the large glass doors that lead directly to the balcony overlooking the idyllic landscape. The balcony is the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or read a book in the tranquil surroundings of the village. The apartment also has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a baby cot which can be added if required. The bedrooms share 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The luxurious decoration and various facilities of the 750 m² courtyard will impress you at first sight. In the centre of the large green garden is a large swimming pool with steps and heating. There are sun loungers on all sides where you can bask in the Mediterranean sunshine and the outdoor shower is at your disposal at all times. In addition to the pool, there are several other areas where you can relax and socialise. Next to the villa there is a covered terrace with a large table, and in another corner of the garden there is an area with a fully equipped barbecue and a large table where you can taste the prepared specialities and socialise late into the night. For those who like an active holiday, the part of the garden with a basketball court and a ping-pong table will be particularly appealing. Bicycles are available for rent to explore the village and its surroundings, and for the little ones there is a children's playground with a swing, slide and trampoline. There are also board games and a PlayStation waiting for you in the villa.
During your stay at the luxurious Villa Perhat, the opportunities for exploration in Istria will be endless. Be sure to explore the thousand-year-old town of Višnjan, just a short distance from the villa. Walk along the cobbled streets to the 15th century Gothic church of St. Anton and visit the town gates and the old town square. A unique attraction is the small but world-renowned Višnjan Observatory, which has been at the forefront of asteroid discovery for years. If you are in the mood for an active holiday, you can hire a bicycle from the villa. You can then cycle along the many wine and olive oil routes that pass through the area. The town of Poreč, full of cultural and historical gems, is only a twenty-minute drive away, and for an incredible view of the blue sea, we recommend a visit to the viewpoint overlooking the Lim Channel.
